Self-massage & Gong

Come and relax starting with the self-massage, followed by a sound bath for a complete relaxation of body and mind.

Places and dates: from May to October inclusive, city of Cadiz.

From November to April: private venue in Granada.

Duration: 1 hour (15 minutes of Hatha yoga or self-massage, followed by 45 minutes of sound bath session).

Prices: 25€, or 19€ for the 1st session or if you come in groups.

Subscriptions: 5 sessions 95€, 10 sessions 170€.
