Private workshops & individual sessions
Individual workshops for women only:
Sound therapy session (exclusively for women*)
Individual session, come and pamper yourself and harmonise your energies with the sound of the Heart bowl and the Gong. According to your wishes and needs, the vibrations will be applied to specific areas of your body, creating a deep sound massage for a complete relaxation of the body and mind.
Places and dates: from May to October inclusive, City of Cadiz.
From November to April: private venue in Granada.
Duration: 1h30 (1 hour of treatment, 15 minutes of relaxation in silence, an herbal tea will be served at the end of the session).
Prices: 70€ per person, or 55€ for the 1st session, room at home or rental.
Ayurvedic massage and acupressure points, (exclusively for women*)
Individual session, ayurvedic massage and acupressure points according to the Indian tradition on a part of the body or the whole body according to the chosen time slot. We study the desired benefits beforehand, and you will be served an herbal tea.
Places and dates: from May to October inclusive, City of Cadiz room from my home or rental.
From November to April: private venue in Granada.
Duration and prices:
- 30 min (choice of back, or feet, or face and head with hands), 30 euros.
- 45 min (back, feet and hands) 45 euros.
- 1 hour, full body massage, 60 euros.
Reiki session with Gong, (exclusively for women*)
Individual session, reiki accompanied at the beginning and end of the session only by a relaxation with the vibrations of the Gong. A herbal tea will be served.
Places and dates: from May to October inclusive, City of Cadiz room from my home or rental.
From November to April: private venue in Granada.
Duration and prices: 1 hour of full body reiki including 15 minutes of sound bath with the Gong.
