Hatha yoga & sound massage

Come and practice anchoring with 30 minutes of yoga, followed by a one-hour sound bath (with Gong), for a complete relaxation of body and mind.

Places and dates: from May to October inclusive, city of Cadiz.

November to April: private venue in Granada.

Duration: 1h30.

Prices: 32€, or 25€ for the 1st session or if you come in groups.

Subscriptions: 5 sessions 125€, 10 sessions 230€.

* All local residents (Cadiz and Granada depending on the season) receive a 5€ discount for the sound baths and sonotherap.
